Kvickbadet is Höganäs's town beach, a 250-meter strip of sand in a small bay just south of the small-boat harbor, sheltered from the north by the harbor pier. The water is shallow, and the back of the pier is paved and partly decked, with a jetty for deeper swims. The water quality is rated excellent.

Sauna and winter swims

Kvickbadhuset, a volunteer-run sauna on the harbor's south pier, has welcomed bathers since 2013. It opens six days a week and seats 20 to 25, with the sea as the cold plunge. A bathing ladder stays in place all winter, one of only three in the municipality. Salthallarna's food and craft halls are about a kilometer north.

Sauna on the south pier of Höganäs small-boat harbor, next to the bathing jetties, with the sea for a cold dip. Owned by the municipality, run by a volunteer association and open since 2013. Sessions Tuesday–Sunday, mostly mixed, with women-only, men-only and members-only times in winter; a single bath is around SEK 50. Groups can rent it.
