The white loop takes you from the Björkeröd car park through beech forest to Mölle mosse, a wetland in the woods, and all the way around it. It follows service roads and accessible paths that work well for strollers, and with the Kwenda app it also suits visually impaired visitors. It is an easy walk; allow about an hour.

The route

The loop takes in the whole purple loop: it leaves the car park along one side of the pasture and comes back along the other. From the pasture's far corner it follows the Red trail west through the forest to Mölle mosse, circles the whole wetland, partly on a boardwalk about 1.7 meters wide along its eastern part, and returns the same way. On the way it meets the Yellow cross paths and Kullaleden, and the black loop shares much of the route.

Along the way

Mölle mosse is the highlight. In summer water lilies spread across the water, and in spring you may spot newts in the shallows. In early 2023 Länsstyrelsen, which manages the reserve, blocked the ditches that drained the wetland, raising the average water level by 20–40 centimeters, and moved paths back from the water where needed. Back at the start, Björkeröds mosse, a small lake just east of the car park, is a rich site for birds.

Yellow boxes along the way are Bluetooth beacons for the Kwenda app, which gives nature guidance on your phone as you pass them, in English too.
